Can I change my account type?

You can upgrade your account any time, just send an e-mail to our helpdesk with the requested changes. If you already have a paid account you will only be charged the price difference between the two account types for the remaining months of your current subscription. You can downgrade at the end of your contract term (i.e. we do not issue refunds for downgrades).
